SILKA is a brand name of New World Developments Ltd, which is a sister company to Ace Fixings Ltd. New World Developments and Ace Fixings are both located on the same premises.
OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose is to provide information about SILKA and inform the visitor on our product ranges so they can either contact one of our approved installers on our ‘Find an Installer’ page, or send us their details with permission to pass on to one of our approved installers for pricing. SILKA is a manufacturer only and does not carry out installations and as such cannot quote directly to consumers for a full installation of SILKA products. SILKA supply only to trade companies that are window and door retailers. Our approved retailers can quote for fully installed and finished SILKA products
Although we pass on information, we only send it to our approved installers and no information is sold to third-party companies with a view to making contact outside the remit of purchasing SILKA products, or any query relating to the purchase of a SILKA or request for more information which may lead to the purchase of SILKA products.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
We collect the following information on Contact Us page, newsletter or sign up forms:
• Name.
• Email address.
• Telephone number.
• Address including postcode.
• Product preferences and interests.
• Other information provided in the original email which will help us answer queries.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT?
We require this information to understand customer needs and provide a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:
• Internal record keeping.
• We may use the information to improve our products and services.
• We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
• We may contact you by email, phone or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.
• We may follow up on the information provided to check you have received a satisfactory response from our approved retailers, where we have passed the information on to an approved retailer.
VISITORS ON SILKA WEBSITE
Our Analytics retains no information about our visitors regarding domain or email address. The only information we collect is what you voluntarily offer (i.e. your email address when you raise an enquiry via sales@silkawindows.com)
We do not share your information with anyone other than our approved retailer network.

We only set third party cookies on your machine that include Google Analytic’s that help us test and improve this website.
